This website
In production, voice.scrini.ai uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_3TQHG0V87L, kept for up to two years. It sends Google your IP address, browser details and the pages you view. It runs no advertising or social-media scripts.
Two other things leave your browser:
- Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details.
- The pricing page asks our own API for the current rates. That request carries no cookies or identifiers.
The Govodo console and admin portal
In production, the console (app.voice.scrini.ai) uses the same Google Analytics to record which pages are viewed. It does not send your name, email address or account to Google. The admin portal sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
The console keeps these items in your browser:

The console also loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the admin portal from Google Fonts and Fontshare. Browser test calls use a Google server to set up the audio connection.
The chat widget on our customers' sites
The Govodo chat widget sets no cookies and stores nothing in the visitor's browser. It keeps the key to its conversation in the page's memory only, so the browser forgets it when the page closes.
Your choices
You can block or delete the analytics cookies in your browser's settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site and the console work the same without them. Clearing all site data for the console also signs you out.
